- does you're website's database uses the prefix "phpbb_" (for the database-tables)
- did you run both upgrade files ?? (did these give any errors?) |

and
I didn't think I needed to run the upgrade files.
EDIT: Do I need to install some point thing first? |

well, you do need one, either cash mod or points mod,
if you use cash mod, make sure one currency uses the database field "user_points" |

the cash mod (in my opinion, the better one) can be found at http://www.phpbb.com
I'm not sure where to find the points mod, but perhaps you could try googling it |
